Dear Mr Khong,

Nice meeting you today. Bought 2 bottles from friendly uncle.

RM55 is reasonable for his effort and the cost of honey.

I immediately took 2 teaspoon when i got home. 1 teaspoon for my wife.

A few minutes later, bubbles were forcing their way overflowing through the cap. The cap popped like champagne when opened. My first such experience with "explosive honey". The bubbles just keep rising. Finally i had to consume a few teaspoon to keep the bubble level down wink.gif

All I can say is the honey works on me. Helps me clear my throat and better digestion...

Keep up the excellent work!

Thanks & Regards
Hoo

oh I forgot to warn you. Because it was just delivered, and most probably you must have accidentally shaken the bottle on your way back. Thats the characteristic of this honey. Let the honey cool down first otherwise you may find further spillage. If this is the case, put it in the bottom shelve of ur fridge and leave overnight.

Cheers.

due to honey spillage, it attracted ants even after I cleaned the bottle thoroughly.
ended up putting in the fridge.
was afraid if the cap popped up in my fridge smile.gif
in fact the bubbles started to "calm" down in cool fridge.

Many thanks to Mr Thong for sharing his honey!

Cheers~

bubbles have settled down on the opened bottle.
the condition of the unopened bottle remained the same since collected.
could it be that the honey reacted when exposed to air at room temperature?
just my thought

Dear Usermode,

The reaction of honey is forcing it through the cap. Unbelievable !
Honey can be poured out easily right out from the fridge.
Enjoy your honey wink.gif

Hi Yvonne,

I did some reading and found that honey is definitely not suitable for children below 1 year old as the bee pollen may cause allergy on children.
Not sure about 2 years old though.

keep it in the fridge..honey still can be poured out easily right out from fridge.. my honey popped up like champagne on first day wink.gif
once chilled it should be fine if you keep it outside... but it attracts ants very fast
