normally they do it 7 days. to make sure the it works. oh well u know, most cat very protective right. 

First 2 days sure fight, unless you have very good well behave cat.

if u want to take back, sure there's no problem at all.. just wait if she is really pregnant or not. normally after 4 weeks can see different already.
