the noise ah, if you're staying in a room with a/c and complete silence, for sure you will hear it but it is an ok noise, not like "ah dem buzzing noise, gotta change fan". with a ceiling fan in a room, i barely hear the sound either. just like mizi said, airflow like vizo windstorm but the noise is much much lower

it's default @ 3.2GHz, so nt much head room for oc, beside, it's a 90nm chip, w that kinda speed it's gonna be really hot unless u got wc to tame d temp. but if highest clock is d aim, then u mite just go for it, thou i would say bette spend d $$$ on d dark side (intel wolfdale) coz u gain alot more better result (if ur willin to sell ya soul).

no offense bro but w/ stock speed @ 3.2GHz, there wun be much space for oc. d pleasure gained from oc'in a 3.2GHz chip to 3.6GHz is not as much as oc'in a f3 chip for sure.

yup..its like OCing ur proc to 50~70% faster....

go for 5000+ black edition.
the 6000+ default clock is 3.2ghz. if u OC also quite hot the temperature.
why dont want go for 5000+ which cost you RM340+ rather than RM580 for 6000+ ?
5000+ have unlocked multiplier. if u have proper cpu cooler, then i think can OC higher than 3.5ghz.
i am using it. and OC to 3.192ghz stabil.

how much vcore needed for a 3.2GHz mate? mind sharing here?

u can definately go higher mate. i would say near 500 @ 5-4-4-x is possilbe w/ 2.2~2.4V.

Am i hitting the wall?I couldnt boot up when i o/c more then 2.8Ghz even feeding 1.50Vcore. And i alredy adjusted my RAM divider and Vdimm well alredy so make sure is not RAM problem.Any idea?

TA690G has voltage drop problem for sure.
but vdroop..hmm i'm not sure as i didn't notice.

Anyone experience proc dies on them ?

Story : Yesterday after lapping my proc and hsf, I assembled back my rig. And it starts, but couldnt boot. Means all the fans are running but nothing appeared on the screen. Is this because of dead proc ? Or another technical issue that can be solved ? Tried lotsa thing right now but still. Gosh, tolong tolong =(
