yes thundermatch service abit bad..... my fren have a MSI 7900GT 256mb and spoil within 2 months, then he get back to thundermatch to claim warranty, they told him will take 1month and max 2 month... so my fren waited for 1½month and call back and they say will check and call back, so when reach 2 month, my fren called again and they said the person incharge about his card wasnt there now, in holiday, then again they said will call back ASAP, so my fren waited 2 weeks more and 2½month reach so my fren call up once again. so they check and they said "oh sry we have send the card to wrong supplier and now we are waiting the supplier to return us the card and will send back to the correct supplier", then my fren was like, WTF they need 2½months to realise they send back to wrong supplier. So end up waited for 4 months only get back..... pity him coz by the time he loses 4 month of his card... the card price drop alot... wasted

actually my 2 of my fren bought 2 7900GT from them, one ppl each and both of them spoil within 1 year.... no oc... the 2nd card spoil after 11month and go back warranty.. luckily this time only 1½month coz my fren called them up every week to check status and rush them. so basically they already gave me the bad impression and i dont really like the worker there in lowyat 2nd floor, thier worker kinda lazy and kinda dont wanna serve. they wont bother u when u walk near their stall and see thier pricelist/item displayed until u have to personally ask them..
