i know man.. Ayu always dont listen to the doctor's advice and still want to go on doing the CDL. I really do hope that after CDL, she takes a very good rest because she has been working too hard for the past year and this accident was just waiting to be happened. Please Ayu take care of yourself more. sad.gif

ya lo but ayu always do not listen to doctor's advice and now i am worried that one day something bad will happen to her if she does not take a long rest. She has been working too hard for this 10th anniversary. This year CDL also 3.5 hours and I think it she would suffer a lot during the performance.

j-pop banzai!!! Every year I only wait for this moment to come where most of the j-pop superstars come together and celebrate the new year with us hehe. I watched the Kouhaku last year and Gackt just blew me away with his performance set but for this year I hope the Red side would win cause last year the White Side won hehe.

ayu's performance is only so-so... Her voice was a bit off but really does not show that her arm was in pain. right now girl next door's performance not too bad

Added on December 31, 2008, 10:54 pmyay! kohaku just finished and i think this years kohaku was better than the last but again the girl side lost badly which i think was quite unjustified cause most of them today did actually perform quite well. I think the result was red:-112,000 to white:-215,020 votes. For me, the stand-out performance for whites were Mr.Children, Naotaro Moriyama,kimugen and for red, it would be ayaka, ai otsuka, angela aki and mika nakashima. Ikemono and speed also did ok.

Yeah I agree with you Ai-chan looks chubby and it is weird because all this while she was thin and yeah Speed all grown up haha and used their most famous song + Maki said that said that she is a Speed fan haha. Yeah Jero and his mum couldn't stop crying but kudos to his performane. "Home" ohh that guy hmm you know his name. His wife and child were there rite?? For me, the best performance was Mr.Children with Gift lol

Yeah the blue mans gorup performance was kinda weird. For me, it was not worth the time performiong because they are given such a short time. Lol, yeah i also knew the white group would win cause in the middle of the show, the vote count gap was huge..

just ordered angela aki's new album from cdjapan. Cant wait to listen to it. Still resisting to listen to the ahem version hehehe.

Btw, you guys read startwo's main article today?

Man its like saying that Kpop is way better than Jpop which is so not true. I was kinda pissed off that they only define J-pop with Ayu,Utada and Smap. Well, I just wanna know what you guys think about the article as a fellow Jpop fan...

Well, the article was a bit bias cause they interview mostly teenager but what I was pissed off at is that she quoted " I like K-pop because it is more fun, energetic and cool compared to Jpop mad.gif Anyway, I also miss ayaka so much now and surprisingly its also qutie easy to find her songs in karaoke over here. Currently enjoying Brilliant Green's new album hehe

Well from what I know, most K-pop is either pop and rnb with a bit a rap. I am getting tired listening to this songs plus the newer songs in k-pop have nothing to offer. Well, same here jpop to those three vmad.gif What about the others Namie Amuro, Misia, Minmi. It's not even 0.1%, more like 0.000001% shakehead.gif. Anyway, I could rant all day but that would be silly of me lol. Japanese Music is also very diverse where we can listen to so many types of genres and like so many artists and that is why I love J-pop till today hehe.

Anyway, K-pop artist always depends on hype from their company to make them famous while J-pop uses their talent to make a name for themselves notworthy.gif
