My guesses at where this is going:

Noe and Shinichiro realises that what they have for each other is more of an infatuation and Noe gives him up for Hiromi. Shin realises he's using Noe as an outlet for his feelings for Hiromi.

after being together with hiromi, shin notice that he also has feelings for noe and cant decide which one to choose.
