Drebin is apparently a network of gun launderers. The one in the game is called Number 893.
The rookie soldier from the earlier trailers with the black mask is named Johnny aka Akiba. A tech geek who apparently has a weak heart/stomach and brings his team down quite a bit (rat patrol 01).
Laughing Octopus also apparently uses the octocamo.

Johnny 'Akiba' Sasaki should've been obvious to most fans, and IINM, Laughing Octopus' Octocamo usage can sorta be seen in the 'Beauty & the Beast' trailer released a few months ago?
