I would take both or just Japan version.
I know soon they will out like MGS4 international blah blah later maybe with Japan version with English dub amd a few extras.

Yes Snake seiyuu is Otsuka Akio,same one with the guy in Ghost in the Shell.
In Japan version of MGS2,both voice of Solid Snake and Solidus were did by Otsuka-san.
It make us even more shock at the part where Solidus talking with Ocelot in one part which you can't see Solidus face.(Thou is real Snake cause same voice lol)

Oh yeah how come i forgot about FF12 heh,and actually the one who did the voice of Dr Cid is Otsuka Akio's father in real life.
Oh and he also did Black Jack in Black Jack anime. Last time i open Animax wtf Solid Snake talking lol.

I usually take free shipping also unless it big game like this which i can't wait to fast fast play.

Some people rather sit at home and wait,save petrol and food money,no need wait for annoying traffic jam etc.
Local shop also usually take only famous titles and only asian or US versions.
Hard for those who like collect or play those weird weird Japanese titles one like me.I have no choice have to import from there then.

Taiwan peoples can read Japanese more then English even for the old ones.
WWII era they were force to study Japanese,so even till now they also more familiar on Japanese culture.
Even the rice they eat also are those sticky Japanese rice instead of those we are having here.
