Blurjoey will jaga for the time being and gotta leave lots of food and water for about 4 days till we are back when he is going to Ipoh. Wish to bring them back but very susah as my car already half fully loaded with the CNY stuffs. Only ZooZone2 itself also can't fit in my car already as I have a small car.

Hmm... I think the bowl I've prepared for them during my away, should be enough even for a week cause the bowl is for doggie... Normally I use it for their fresh veges. So now, for dry mixed food. Hope they all be good boy till we come back

Joan told me already as I suggested the offer I can't bring them back like how you did as I don't have cages at home and it's only for temporary. later gotta bring them back also after my holiday. I got 3 cages - ZooZone2, @ feet tank and Habitrail Safari Can't put into a small kancil car with the CNY stuffs I bought home for family. ZooZone2 is 3 feet in width

All the Syrian we got from JTL never bite but you get bitten, your hand must be something wrong or you handle it rough till it don't feel comfortable or threaten, or else... don't think they'll bite

She is scared of getting bitten, if she have experience then she won't scared already, how to ask her to tame the hamster??

NO! I got myself 2 robos as a beginner and having tough time with handling them After having a Syrian and I know it's better for beginner to have a Syrian. Thanks to JTL for the tame Syrian (Jackjack) who never bite anyone before even until now. So, it's important that a beginner to get from a good breeder or small pet shop who have people really take care of pets they are selling. Not so much on which type of hammy I like cause I really like robos before I started to keep hammies as they looks really cute but too difficult to handle as I've no experience at all. For me, Syrian is the best after all. Beginner who wanna to have a hammy do consider this as I'm telling with my experience, you'll love he or she after some time and love it even more.

How many packets u want? But I'm leaving tomorrow early morning back to Ipoh already. Maybe you can ask Blurjoey for help cause he'll be going to Ipoh next week. A new addition to our hammy family:

Shasha the black eyed cream syrian. Bought her from My Pets in Ipoh





Saw some black eyed goldens in My Pets also. All very nice colors.

Today came back from Ipoh and found JackJack's testicles was healing from an injury or something. Anyone seen anything like this before? Anyone know any vets that can treat hamsters? I found that he didn't eat much of his Prestige that we left for him when we went to Ipoh.

See the right testicles there are wounds healing.

I lost my Shasha today when I came back from gathering. I don't know how she can escape or missing, but I really sad when I can't find her in the tank.

I miss her so much and really hope for miracle that she will come back to us. Or else I really hope someone who can take good care of her.

After searching for the 2nd day, still didn't find her Really worried about her, still can't imagine how she can escape from the tank as she is still so small and it's really impossible for her to reach the top Hope to get some response from the resident here after they saw the poster we put on in the building.

Really miss her every time I saw the empty tank in my house I still have not get the chance to take her photos and play with her yet she gone missing.

Wonder if hamster can love or hate, and they will recognise 'wife' or 'husband' like human do, then will they be any lesbian or gay hamster pairs?????? just like humans

Please stop putting human's emotion in animals..... they can never never never understand and know about emotions.

Human don't really die of heart broken as well. Maybe all the hamster suffered and died of the same disease which the owner not knowing....

Hmm.... think your emotions, feelings and thinking is stop at 12 also... it's your choice to think that way but please don't mislead others newbies with your info and personal feelings

Human died of hunger, malnutrition and dehydration, therefore lead to organs failure resulting from refusing to eat or drink, it's all the complications of not eating and drinking, not heart broken. Heart broken is just a factor to cause mentally depression and lead to all these actions, and it's also a feeling not a disease or illness. Human who died from this 'reason' is because of depression. I'm sure hamsters don't have this problem as there are only vets, no vet psychiatrist out there cause animals don't need one That's why humans have wisdom that can think and be logic unlike animals. It's also why hamster can be kept by human but human can't be kept by animals. There's a reason for all the differentials between humans and animals.

Glad that u read it thru Its better to do reading and research first before u decided to buy a pet, so that u know what u are buying and know how to take good care of them.
Glue??... unless u glue till u can hide the glue, or else the hammies will bite the silicone glue and i think it's bad for them.

Then the insect is not 'going into' the can but from the food itself cos it contain seeds and grains, just like those rice's bugs. I think your food must be keeping for some time already, not fresh. Better change or throw it away.

Change to keep in a air tight container. Better don't keep it in a metal container as it will rust too.

Those big square biscuits can is make from metal la.

I wonder is 'metal' = 'logam' ???????? maybe my bahasa melayu is so bad la... need to go back to school la then... or give my cert back to my chemistry lecturer...
