the speed has improved somewhat. Now i'm getting a stable 15-20 kb/s. I had to increase the maximum number of connections to 600 (1 mb connection)

getting 20-30 kb/s only.. very sad..
used to be 90-100kb/s for me few weeks back.. i guess tmnut has probably throttled the system.. zzzz |

Same here. Even http is not doing very well. I went off to http://speedtest.net and test out my connection. Results as below.
Download and upload from the Malaysia server gives me this:  Download and upload from USA server gives me this:  Something is definitely wrong. These were done when my Internet connection is idle. try getting the new utorrent, theres a bug fix for tracker 400 timeouts if you're using NOD32 as your virus scanner.

I really want to believe that its not being throttled, but the same torrent where can I can archive max speed last night, can carely exceed 5kb/s today. I tried other torrent and its still the same.
