Looks like it happen to some range of IP (in my case 124.x.x.x and 58.x.x.x). Can't access Microsoft, Cisco, some UK website and etc. It affect majority of the hosts subscribed to UUNet/AT&T. Weird...

but our neighbour office using 60.x.x.x don't get any problem at all..

Called them, they ask me disconnect and reconnect and I'm able to load youtube but msn still down, I told them that many ppl facing hard time to access the international website, asked her to lodge a report to her's supervisor..Dunno she did anot...

I use a web proxy to access Yahoo and any other unaccessed site from streamyx
google for web proxy and set it to your browser
connection from pc --> proxy --> target site is a bit slow but it's better than cannot access at all

Those customer services's pc using dial-up, it will take few hour for them to login LYN..
