Looks like it happen to some range of IP (in my case 124.x.x.x and 58.x.x.x). Can't access Microsoft, Cisco, some UK website and etc. It affect majority of the hosts subscribed to UUNet/AT&T. Weird...
yeap u're right..my company IP start with 218.x.x.x oso can't connect to yahoo..but our neighbour office using 60.x.x.x don't get any problem at all..
