QUOTE(nexxim @ Jan 3 2008, 12:24 PM)
I called up, and they gave me the same crap over and over again.

I even explained that there is no problem on my side, and that many other users around KL are experiencing this... you know what the so called technical assistance told me?

"Maybe the other users havn't called us regarding their problems yet"

I put down my phone straight away, the end.

yeah. that's what i did. i asked to be passed on to another person because apparently this dude cant understand simple english.
when i told them even though i have access to internet, i am unable to access international sites, apparently this problem is not in their guideline and it must be the USER problem.

tmnuts always make me rage. not because of their bad internet connection, but of their POOOORRR customer service.hire more retards pls.

retard #1 : what sort of international sites do you mean mdm?
lenglui(me): sites like yahoo, workservers based in US, skype, anything that is not hosted locally or within nearby regions
retard #1 : oh, maybe you go check your modem again?
lenglui : you have asked me to do that 20 times, please don't give me solutions that i can logically figure out myself/
retard #1 : well, mdm, you said you can't connect, but it shows here that you have internet connection.
lenglui (blood boiling already) : that's what i just explained earlier, although i am connected to the internet, i am unable to access certain sites and programmes.
retard #1 : oh, then it must be problem from your side, as i have check that you can connect to internet, and you said all your modem lights are blinking. maybe its your computer having firewall problems
lenglui: are you saying that all of a sudden other streamyx customers are having "firewall" problems? or just coincidentally our modems are broken?
retard #1 : i am sorry madam. but this problem is NOT IN OUR GUIDELINE and i am doing my best to help you. but if it is problem from your side, then streamyx is no problem.
leng lui : >.<

needless to say, i just put down the phone.
