Actually, how come so many MS with standing ears nowadays? Irresponsible breeding i would say - i remember when i got my two there were a few breeders that WOULD not breed parents with 'standing up mickey mouse ears' as this would require cropping. Floppy ears was a must 'trait' for parents. And they would advice against people getting puppies with ears that stand up as cropping is cruel and costly.

How come then three years down the road, so many young MS i see has got these mickey mouse ears?

Last time i wonder why got standing ear Ms too .....
But i notice really got lots of standing ear Ms already and some ppl will misunderstand those standing ear want will be Mix breed

hey digitral, what you use to keep ur luilui beard so white? i did use some whitener shampoo on my ms when i bath them....but it just seems like no effect at all...forgot that shampoo what brand..i'll post a pic of it later when i got home...

I also encountered many MS with natural stand ears, as i knew, most of taiwan MS have posibility with stand ears. The only way we can do is dont shave/clip their ears when puppy,so that the fur will make the ears heavy and remain uncrop.

mickey mouse ears are due to cropped ears parents? din know that...

I think he means, the mickey mouse ears MS is from normal breeding, and they requires to crop their ears, else they don't look like standard MS. And they shouldn't be use to breed anymore, also their parents should stop breeding to stop producing mickey mouse ears MS.

I would guess most mickey mouse ears = american lineage as cropping has been illegal for quite some time in Europe.
There's another method to 'correct' mickey mouse ears for puppies - you can tape their ears down, or tape some weights to it. Go ask uncle google!

MS with standing ears are still 'pure' miniature schnauzers. It is just that MS with standing ears are seldom shown in shows, although with countries everywhere banning ear cropping and tail docking, that might change soon.

luiLui when hot day like when go event . luilui beard will wet only...but normally at home look very clean and white 2 me
well...i bath my luilui with normal puppy biogroom shampoo only. no whitening shampoo.
but you can try the whitening shampoo if you feel the product is ok.
but what's brand of whitening shampoo u referring ? we will waiting forward u post up the picture of the brand of shampoo

i have to say, it's like bleach! haha...cuz i reli feel the different after shower kumi using that

IC , hahaha...i didn't against whitening shampoo...just i reply 2 jeff that my luilui didn't use any whitening shampoo want .
maybe you post the product of the whitening shampoo of Kumi want and let other have a look , it might help other who really wanna get a whitening shampoo for their furkid ?
