2 knots are the best. Don't listen to that crap. You will only lose tension faster.

Mois, have you ever seen our state's number 1 ladies player play? She is my coach lol. Yesterday I just played with her although it was just a 5 points game. I didn't even get a point. Damn siaw. Frustrated. Every shot I threw at her all she can get back. Actually can score when I tapped the shuttle.. mana tahu out.

Elder one. Tze Ley. Always represent Sarawak in the Borneo comps and she was this year's winner of the Sarawak Closed. SBA coach some more. If not mistaken, she won SUKMA's gold medal quite a few years ago.

Haha, I think you get AT700. I just don't feel like AS10 is worth the price although I have never used it before.

Lol. Until now I have yet to see a real AS10 in real life. =(
Always the usual Armortecs that makes the scene in competitions.

Doubles, its better if you use a racket that you are comfortable with. Needs greater reaction time. Depends on your own preference la.. Doubles I still use AT700.

Get yourself a racket. Place your finger on the shaft to find the balance point. The heavier the head is, the nearer your balance point is to the head of the racket.

No significance la. Only as a relative measuring standard for rackets.

And yes. Different rackets have different shaft length. Some with long handles, some with long shafts.

You show him the whole thing for what.
Overgrip is used to make your original grip thicker. It depends on yourself lah.. wanna use or not. Don't use an overgrip as a replacement grip, doesnt suit the racket. Try it and you will know.

I don't think it is the joint lah.. If joint injury, you will be experiencing pain like hell. Probably the muscles. Rest a little. Stop playing for a week or two. Don't do anything that will strain your muscles. And if you are convinced it is a joint injury, consult a doctor.

No. A stringer is not reliable on anything unless its their company policy.

Don't worry. A string won't cut through your frame. My advice is for you to replace all the grommets and restring it again. Strings can't last long on a broken grommet.
