I'm curious... when using Garmin+malsing maps, can I disable Assistant GPS function and just use GPS alone? I don't want to use GPRS data transfer. I'm looking to buy the N82 once my bonus is out :-P
Added on December 27, 2007, 6:00 pmAlso, when using GPS and I get an incoming call... does the GPS program shuts down/stop showing but runs in background?

I wonder if you can mod the camera driver like the K800/K810 My K810 takes sharper and better pictures then K850 stock camera drivers. I hope the N82 allows for that as well... who know what the community can come out with... a cam driver that equal true digi cam perhaps (I'm praying )

QUOTE(dzi921 @ Jan 2 2008, 01:12 PM) I have tried it. Mapking software is better than garmin but map wise malsing is better and malsing don't support mapking for symbian yet. So too bad for mapking Hi dzi921, I've tried MapKing from my friend's PDA GPS before, I'm wondering, how do I point a location on screen to be the destination as 82 does not have touchscreen? I like MapKing due to the detailed building labeling (I know it won't make MUCH of a difference while driving due to the small screen, but still ) I'm torn between mapking and malsing.

Would like to know how many would like to buy the invisibleSHIELD for N82? I have gotten reply from them, but no N82 yet... so would need to wait, but I would like to get a BQ (bill quantity) of how many would like to purchase it?
If N95/N95 8GB/K850 please let me know also. The more ppl wants, the cheaper as usual lah. And save on freight charges.
Also please state if you want full body covers or screen only.

the cost of the InvisibleSHIELD could be anywhere from US$24.90 and less depending on quantity. This does not include shipment.
The is not like the "full body" plastic cover thing we see in lowyatt or sungai wang. It covers major surfaces. The good thing is that it is VERY STRONG and DURABLE.

Erm pricing for InvisibleSHIELD list price as state on the website is US24.90 for full body covering. Actual price depends on how many ppl want so can have bargaining power I'm still gathering more ppl. Shipment would be bundled shipping so would save on that definately I'm still waiting for N82 availability. I would rather trust this then the normal screen protector... it's TOUGH man

QUOTE(enfenete @ Jan 27 2008, 06:05 PM) Does anyone have problem with the camera taken in dimm lighting flash fired. Mine the photo came out there are some water mark like a few small bubble flooting around the picture. I get to know when i view in my pc and also if see clearly on the phone LCD also have. But when taken in bright lighting the photo have a good quality. Cheers. Below image as a sample bubble water mark (circle in red). [attachmentid=388425] This is because there is a dust spec floating near the lens and when you snap and flash fire, illuminate the dust spec also. This is quite a common issue for photo with flash especially in dustier environments.
