Digi pay so much div this year?

178sen + 35sen + 70sen + 120sen = 403sen = RM4.03

Almost  16.5% before tax

MNet,

You've misinterpreted the table. It should be 35 + 35 + 50 = 120 sen.

CIMB going forward should be good for dividends as well as compliance with Basel requirements is not an issue now.

Dxn, a potential high growth & high dividend stock.
Total Borrowings was cut down to the same level as Cash&Cash equivalents, almost a net cash company.
Overseas operation has been progressing on track and recording higher and higher profits, indeed the first Malaysian MLM company to have penetrated so many countries across the world.
Its 50% dividend policy makes DXN available in many investors' radar.

For dividend play you need to look into dividend Sustainability which is their payout track record or is it one off?

For dividend play, normally you don trade. YOu are going for long term E.g. 5 years , 10 years or more. So you must make sure that the company that you have invested really can pay good dividend and most importantly it is sustainable.

hi
I guess you are asking for the highest dividend yield.
One way to know is to look at The Star newspaper at the Daily stock price and you can find the DY column
The last look I have I have the following result:

CCB 29.3 % (CYCLE & CARRIAGE BINTANG BERHAD)
KLK 21.2%
UTDPLNT 17.3%
BKAWAN 16.1%
AIRB 14.1%
BJTOTO 13.7%
Kulim 12.7%

I might had miss a few... but you can always double check it.
It look like Plantation tops the list

I think that yield figure is not accurate anymore since their price has surged massively. biggrin.gif

KLK 4%
Bkawan 3.5%
Bjtoto 6%
Kulim 1.2%

Anywhere to obtain a list of previous summary of dividend payouts by say a specific company?

How bout comparisons of top annual dividend payouts? Where do you guys get your info?

Some info I've come across are quite confusing, some after-tax, some before-tax percentages sweat.gif and they're mostly people's blogs...

Any advise would be greatly appreciated smile.gif

I found a publication which is quite informative. They have research on highest yield, lowest PE, 52 weeks low, company's 5 year financial results, NAV, P/B ratio and many more.

Magazine's name is Shares Investment link

Monthly publication at RM12. cheaper if subscript. Quite useful to me. biggrin.gif
