everytime i blow those dust will go back to my direction doh.gif is it becoz last time i use vacuum cleaner as blower?

of course la the dust will fly back to u

Mine was extremely dirty too. I just swirled it like mad in the soap water n then left it there to soak for few hours. That's y all teh dirt got dissolved I think coz of the few hours in the soap water.

My keyboard sun bathed for 4 days. When i try to fire it up.. it goes a bit crazy. Some key auto repeat sad.gif

Dismantled it and bring it to sun bath again ... hopefully it'll be fine

my vacuum cleaner if u connect the hose to the back of it then it will act as a blower, if u connect the hose in front it will become vacuum cleaner

Mobo takes longer to dry coz the water goes inside under the capacitors n inside all the contact points like the CPU socket, RAM slots, PCI slots.

Its really hard to say, especially for BGA chips like the Northbridge and the Southbridge, water gets inside easily due to capillaric effect but hard to get out.

hm..need to soak mobo with water..?can juz wipe with clean cloth, brush with any painting brush and small low power vacum rite??

hehe..juz my idea lar..

No problem with either method, I use them a lot. But of course cloth must not be too wet la.
