Nope... its not ok lol.  sweat.gif  Their pvc and gasha also overpriced. Thats my experience buying online from xl la. *lari*    I only buy hobby equipment and revoltech stuff from them.. and also TF preorders. But if u noticed... thier gundams kits go out of stock very often...

Pvc figure must buy from fellow lyn ppl... they give Japan prices... no surcharge... excellent service... i can name a few if anyone is interested.  smile.gif

oopssss off topic d.  tongue.gif
Anywayyy, will there ever be MG kits for the top 4 gundams in 00  ? I really hoped for an MG dynames....  The 1/100 NG dynames seemed abit low on detailing. Anyone agreeing on this ?  Same goes for the Exia... i dunno bout you guys. But i always prefer details over articulation.  laugh.gif

If Bandai do what they do to Seed and Destiny, MG Exia is guranteed, and if Setsuna change Gundam, then the Gundam he use in the later part of the show will also make it into MG, something like MG Strike and Freedom. Then they will make a lot of variation of Exia into MG, like what they did to Strike. But I also hope they come out with an MG for Dynames, I only like Dynames and Exia from Gundam 00.

If those NG also make it like MG than later no one want to buy their MG! For the NG they produce for OO, it is already MG articulation! Just the lack of detail and inner frame!

Hmm, if Exia is about to be MGfied, the fastest will be end of next year. Good example is MG Strike Gundam , which go on sale on October 2003, one year after the series begin (Gundam Seed started to be aired at early October 2002)

Well, not sure about that yet. NG for OO do got MG articulation, but not quite like recent MG (minus Unicorn) like MG Strike Freedom, Destiny. Moreover, in the coming years, who knows what features Bandai will add to their MG (maybe after this all MG got articulation like Zaku 2.0 biggrin.gif )

For Unicorn, I think the team who design the kit maybe not the same as the usual team who design the usual MG (if i'm not mistaken, designer for MG Unicorn is Hajime Katoki, while the usual MG is BEECRAFT)

I don't think the different designers is the factor that made the Unicorn suck in articulation.

Crossbone ver Ka and Wing ver Ka both have great detail + articulation, same goes with RX78 ver Ka.

I have decided.... If I can get a cheap Unicorn for less than RM 170 then I'll still get it, otherwise I'll wait one year hehe...
Who knows, maybe by then I'll fall in love with an MG Sinanju wub.gif

Does TM or Graffity have the Alteisen 1/100 yet? I dun wanna go there today and be dissappointed. Thanks.

Anyway, I guess I won't be going to Aunt Lenny's shop anymore. I bought an Ultimate Bumblebee (hasbro not takara) from her but I went back the very next day because I was not happy with it.

Right side blue headlight was not working, The right arm cannot snap into place in car mode, both doors can't close properly plus a black mark on the top of the car roof. The rest like mechanical arm movement, engine sounds when reversing or moving faster all works fine.

Then she accuse me saying I played with it wrongly and must have did something to spoil the light. She kept saying -ve things to me in hokkien, since I always converse with her in hokkien. I was shocked and annoyed blink.gif . I have bought like 5 or 6 MGs from her before and never returned any of them before. We were aways in good talking terms before this incident.

Without me prompting anything, she proceeded to open her cash register and refund me the sum I paid for it. This also surprised me but I just kept quiet, took the money and once again told her I did not try anything funny with it and it had all the problems stated, out of the box.

It's not her fault if the unit was faulty and hasbro's QC is to be blamed. But this is an electronic device, and should have some kind of warranty at least for a week.
I also should have taken the Toy's R US unit I saw earlier at Midvalley. They have 14 days exchange@refund service. But I decided to buy from her and give her the sale. I never imagined it would end up like this.

One thing that's good about the Unicorn is that it looks good even without panel lining (is there even a need for it? O_O ).

Other than that...meh.

yeah guess you can't blame on aunt lenny too for not giving any warranty for the unit. Toy's r us is a big company and they could reject faulty units directly back to hasbro while aunt lenny can't do that coz she's sourcing from other dealers and opened ones probably not returnable. This is understandable... but at least she pay back the money to u and this probably to make u feel better.

I really cannot blame her when the product itself is not up to standard. The product does not live up to it's "Ultimate" name and price.

So the Rm3XX+ will got to Unicorn and Alteisen.

wmconan, I trust that she won't pass to me a lousy item. I also never bothered to check when I get Gundam's from her and it's been good so far.

Unpacking the ultimate bumblebee is hard work. Alot of wires to untie and rubber bands to cut or remove. Transforming it the 1st time takes about 30 minutes if you have never done it before.

Furthermore, it would be impossible to know the flaws in car mode when it's in the robot mode as displayed in the box. So it's not exactly easy to check Ult BB when you are at any shop and not as simple as just looking at the packages and counting the spruces of gundam kits.

Thankfully... MG's are still Made In Japan.
