usually nope the name you use doesnt mean the name should use as a shop name the shop name can use other name just at the board there you need to write this shop belong to "ape ape "enterprise .
thats what i know la correct me if wrong hehehe curious also me , wanna to know |

If you are serious to your business, i suggest take the initiative to walk in & ask for the information from the customer service at SSM. |

sorry for bringing up this post, i suppose its better than opening a new thread??
now lets say i intent of starting a business online, i only need to register my business with the guide from icalvyn, right? now my question is, if i have in mind to use a brand/logo for my business, should i register it under trademark or industrial design? cause from what i read, it seems that if i register my logo as a design by me, i would hold the copyright from other to copy/steal. is this correct? and then, registering for a trademark when i'm just starting out is way too expensive for me. the fee is more than 2k is it? |

1. for sdn bhd, Can anyone list out the charges (quarterly , yearly) which need to pay for co secretary & auditor?
