Usually phase out mobo like Asus or MSI take 2 months or more for supplier send back to Taiwan replace a new or repair & send back to Malaysia local retailers usually caught in the middle. I do boycott Logitech products handled by MCL used worst RMA service. May i have opinion which provide fastest mobo RMA. The most retailers provide 2 weeks 1 to 1 exchange if any problems, after 2 weeks ur hardware send to local distro RMA.

Haven't bought from Skygate so no idea.

As for running 2 places, never happened to me before... Instead, the goods come to me thumbup.gif I usually call before I go, and if the branch I'm going ran out of stock, they'll send from other branch. I don't need to go anywhere else rclxms.gif Price is not cheap? I find their price is already very reasonable, and sometimes the cheapest of all shops I've been to whistling.gif

Atleast elaborate the brand/model of the mobo involved instead of suggesting people something negative wink.gif

Your claim are half-ass complete. Bake the other half of the cake and present it laugh.gif

I personally have bought from Skygate before, their prices are very reasonable and services are Top Notch thumbup.gif

As for GZ, i used to called them to check for stock availability before i go there. Last time i ordered performance RAM, said in stock at shop, when i go there, they sold the wrong RAM to me instead. Luckily, the staff from Skygate told me the ram is wrong, else i wouldnt know doh.gif

I ended up buying the wrong RAM instead of the one which i had in mind in the first place because during November are filled with games laugh.gif

As you can see, Skygate staff are very honest and helpful to me even i buy the items from next door notworthy.gif

2 months for mobo RMA is considered long ? That is pretty much standard what.

So does it mean you have a very good dealer who gives you very fast mobo RMA ? How long does it take ? Can you recommend to us ?

P35-DS3 GZ@Midlands selling RM420+-
P35-DS3 GZ@Prangin selling RM430+-

very good management lo.. prices all different. prangin most expensive cause nobody else selling gigabyte.
their price not cheap also.. BJ selling at RM400++ whn precess and pristine selling at RM385/390.
P/S: they sell many overprice item.. do some survey and u will know.

Wasted a total of 3 hours today just to look for a board, went from place to place... What la... Everywhere also out of stock, Gigabyte so popular meh?

I initially ordered a DS3L from Gadget Zone, waited 4 days for them to transport it from their warehouse and finally when I wanted to go collect today, they told me they sold it... WTF? vmad.gif Reserved already but sold to some one else and didn't even bother to notify me, such unprofessionalism is rather dissapointing from a shop I used to think highly of shakehead.gif

Anyway, went to Penang Island, got caught in a few jams and finally reached BJ. One shop tried to sell me an Asus P5K SE for RM499, reason is because that's his last board shocking.gif Well... He can keep it. Checked out a few more shops until I passed by one, saw the glimpse of a few Gigabyte boxes and went staight in. Was so happy to actually find 2 box of DS3L and 1 last unit of DS3R on the shelf, grabbed the DS3R straight away for RM450, a good enough price right? tongue.gif Don't need the RAID feature but I was so desperate for a DS3 variant I didn't mind paying a lil extra laugh.gif

lol... suddenly so furious pulak, seems so desprate wanted DS3 mobos.
