pc is the answer... but considering pc with non stop upgrade.. hehehe.. i suggest those with pc.. get one good one now.. with latest tech of mobo,gc, procs and max the ram i think 4g should be fine... spend few k in it.. then it should last u few years of gaming compatible...

i dont mean u can play all game in few years time in full max setting but u still can play it... all u need is upgrade ur gc la... like once in a year or two.... for console... one shot spen few k then thats it.... no more major upgrade.... but one thing is one day u will see that grapic on pc is much much more better than this console... choosing pc will burn more hole to ur pocket and wallet which one u want? but for me i choose both... la.... that doesnt make me rich guy but some game really feel good on pc or console... and i need both any way.. lol

anyway as of now i still using old pc... p4 2.4.. but my gc is 7600gt... and it still rock my world.. lol.. soon gonna get a ps3 since now only have ps2...

yeah i understand ur frustration.... but buying gc at the end of the tech change over is a bad idea... same goes with procs and ram... hahaha just like me buyin p4 few month b4 new breed of procs come out... hahaha.... buyin pc part for procs and ram, better buy it once after its release new tech and keep updated on new tech just to avoid the same situation... i bought my 76gt just a year b4 dx 10 come out but then i keep on changing gc one in 2 years.. hahaha

any way.. console can last u long enuff... haha if u dont mind the graphic at the long run...
