So after reviewing the 3 deals, 2 are "closed" except 1. seamonster still owes irenic the heatsink and receipt. Unless there is some missing information, that is the obvious solution.

That is the one best conclusion I've seen so far.

As for the doubt that the q6600 is an OEM proc, if seamonster cannot prove that it's retail, Irenic deserves a full refund and post back the tray proc sent to him. This time, keep the receipt and provide the tracking number.
