1.From what I read,Irenic paid extra RM160 as a safekeep to Seamonster pending for the arrival of the E2160 processor he sent using Pos Laju and then Seamonster already sent the HSF+receipt to him with Pos Laju.

2.Both party never keep receipt and tak ada bagi tracking number and item didn't arrive.So I think the best way is Seamonster should only refund back a small sum to Irenic since it is not Seamonster's fault that the E2160 processor went missing.

3.All in all both party are wrong cause both of you lost the receipt and cannot trace the item.

4.Seamonster should return back a sum which is more or less to cover the price of heatsink and the rest of the money he keeps it.

5.Seamonster should also give him back or issue a new receipt for the Q6600 processor if he still can prove he bought it from ther retailer.

He said he posted it but lost also and he didn't keep the receipt.So Seamonster must pay Irenic back the sum equal to or same as the price of the HSF
