I had used BigPay to pay PTPTN through credit card method and fill up my Name in card holder's name column. The payment is successful. No issue.

haha.. think very soon the ATM withdrawal function will be ceased.

I did not perform any ATM withdrawal yet and don't have plan to do it yet. Currently all my transactions is real consumption as I accumulate the balance of the card to settle my PTPTN with 20% discount. biggrin.gif

RM264k is calculate based on 1st RM5000 is 0.6% CB which is only RM30.
RM264k/12 = RM22k, therefore the remaining RM17k got CB RM170.
So means the monthly CB is RM200, yearly RM2400
HLB Fortune will get you RM2400 when you spend up to RM108k per year to get RM50 X 12 + RM1800 (Bonus) = RM2400.
RM2400/RM240k = 1%, after that will be less than 1%. (if you don't count the FD on Real Cash)
So OCBC Titanium and HLB Essential got unlimited 1% will break that limit.
*
I prefer look at more supp card (separate statement) for PBB VS (6%) & Quantum MC (5%)

and Principal Card for SCB JustOne (3.4%), SCB Gold (3.33%), MBB VS Barcelona (2%). biggrin.gif

All this combine together is easily excess RM10k spending / month already and rebate is minimum 2x.

QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jun 28 2018, 11:09 AM)
How many people actually spend 240k annually? That's 20k per month...

Bis bosses or those who spend on behalf of the company and reimburse later. tongue.gif

you need to know those card are not for everything and only limited to specific retails except FCBVS.
If you heavily buy furniture etc, u still need HLB Fortune, else FCBVS only gives you max RM700/year.
of cos beside using Fortune, i also got PBBVS, PBBQMC, SCB CB Platinum, MBBVS (now changed to FCBVS), MBB Amex to get more than RM3-4k CB per year.
that's why Fortune is better as compare to OCBC and Essential.
Yes everything except some like balance transfer etc which excluded in the TnC.
Bigpay can get CB.
What i'm saying from previous post is the max CB per year which is RM2400 for most efficient spending at RM108k.
*
Since got BigPay now, all credit card I mentioned can just top up to BigPay to get the credit card rebate and pay your expenditure with BigPay. 1 year >3k credit card rebate with 100k spending is quite achievable with this method biggrin.gif

it's ok, you just forget about the HLB Fortune if you know how to make the most CB.
you are welcome.
*
HLB Fortune effective rate is just 2%++ right.. With my combination, I able to get 3%++ effective rebate.. with spending 108k / year... my 2 cents.. haha..

In SG currently, withdrew from UOB atm with no extra charge.

As for exchange wise, slightly higher compared to xe.com, and after adding in the RM10 charge by BPM, the total conversion rate will be higher than those currency exchange in MV ady.
*
The significance of RM10 to the overall rate, I think depends on how much you withdraw? The more you withdraw, the less significance the fixed withdrawal fee in the computation of overall exchange rate. Mind to share what is the maximum limit for withdrawal of cash in SG?

It is an Allianz Insurance.
I just contact to BP service provider, they checked from system mentioned it's reject because did not key-in the PIN number.

I just wondering autodebit need PIN number? There is no machine on my hand..
Some-more, BP service provider seems like blur blur ask me retry again loh.. shocking.gif

I have Auto Debit to Manulife with BigPay. June auto debit going through smoothly.

However, July auto debit didn't go through and reason same as yours. I had contacted Jonathan from BigPay to help. Their side check and reply me just now that is due to when Manulife submit the claim and accidentally mention it is "Visa Card", not MasterCard.

Before this, I had asked Manulife to check and they replied me that the rejected code they get as below:-

Reason code of credit card declined is:
1 - Do not honour/Declined by issuing bank
(Due to Exceeds withdrawal amount limit)

NOTE: I had never withdraw cash from BigPay before.

So I'm asking BigPay to send me the reason they stated and I will forward their email to Manulife and see what happened next.

I have another Auto Debit with GE due on 21 July. Last 2 months auto debit no issue. Let's see any difficulties for this month. Hopefully no. sad.gif

Well, if it’s waived then it shouldn’t be in that clause, confuses and misleads people.
Yeah, but I top-up RM36, my account should have RM46 according to that clause.

It mentioned RM10 joining fee is "Refundable". If you never paid for it, how it "refund" to you? biggrin.gif
