hmm i paid on 4jun at 111pm no issue for my wife laz account, but then evening cannot dy on my lazada account

My card has been suspended.

Reason given is my activities are suspicious (I withdraw the unused amount that I top up in order to maximize cc cash back and BT purposes).
Total withdraw amount so far is less than 60k in 2 months time.

Explained the same to their RISK MANAGEMENT officer.

No use.

The officer said my activities trigger the alert, and she did not mention what is the withdrawal threshold. And she said I have to proof that I am not doing money laundering.

So guys, good luck and make sure you don't churn so much and kena like me .

Update for payment of AIA insurance premium over the counter

- BigPay card is accepted over the counter
- the cashier told me that cardholder can pay for his own premium or his immediate family premium. cannot pay for boss/spouse/friend/cousin/uncle/aunty (effective March 2018)
- however he did let me pay in view of there is no name embossed in the bigpay card
- after the payment slip printed out from the card terminal, my name appeared at the bottom of the payment slip (AIA Ipoh uses PBB terminal)

as for cannot use other ppl card to pay insurance premium, i think it is order from bank negara. recently in chinese newspaper, it has been mentioned that insurance agent request bank negara to revire this order. (as some insurance agent actually use their own card to pay customer bill to earn more benefit)

Hmm.. I don think so since the supporting doc to claim this tax relief is ur policy annual statement from insurance co.. no matter who pay for it.. the policyholder is the only one can claim the tax relief.. sorry for off topic..

Tried to pay for the insurance and it works.

Actually no, Taobao and Grab mainly. I haven't taken out to swipe it out yet which mostly for my food but I will still use HLB MACH for 5% dining cash back.

Amazon maybe will start next month as my boss will be in the States for three months and I may get his help to bring me some of my stuff from Amazon.
In the app itself. At first it will show "Pending" and after few days it will show as "Settled", just compare the "Settled" rate with real time rate, very minimal difference. Based on my observation, both "Pending" and "Settled" amount doesn't show much difference.

I enjoy this bigpay for its oversea transactions (exchange rate) and able to top up with cc.
Didnt utilitse the loophole as i dont want to take the risk of getting banned
Haven't tried to withdraw from overseas atm, heard the individual bank might charge processing fees although bigpay didnt

If the paywave applicable at oversea without require to key in Pin, I rather use a card without Wave feature.

For some online transactions, just need card 16 digit, expiry date & CVC will do. No TAC required..

tear up your hlb wise card, it is no longer wise card since need to spend at least RM2k/month in order to get 10% CB capped at RM100/month which is 100/2000 = 5% and somemore need to pay AF without waiver which means (1200-300)/24000 or (1200-250)/24000 or (1200-160)/2400 = 3.75/3.96/4.33, all less than 5%... of cos you can get more CB than what PBVS/PBQMC/PBQV/MBBVS gived per month, but overrall the best card is still HLB Fortune which gives you over RM2400 CB per year

I spend RM1000/month on Insurance and Govt which I may get only 0-0.2% rebate/reward. so my return is not less than 8%.

If Bigpay topup is part of month spend, assume cash withdraw RM3000 every quarter, then
(100x12) - (6x4) - 160 = 1016 / 12000 (spend on 3 categories, excl bigpay) -> 8.47%

No way I could get 5-10% rebate on Insurance and Govt (for my case) before BigPay and FCB were launched.
So I look at the effective rebate on 3 categories only. The rebates from Insurance and Govt are negligible.
