poor integration between payment gateway and app?

anyone having problem paying for lazada purchase using bigpay last night?

hmm i paid on 4jun at 111pm no issue for my wife laz account, but then evening cannot dy on my lazada account

i tried b4 using amex to reload bigpay, cannot

hmm to use laz wallet or not to use

so far no problem for me, has been using same credit cards for both account, only got 2 accounts, didn't create dupe accounts
only 1st time got card payment issue with bigpay

tried using bigpay prepaid card at homecafe taman midah but the terminal timeout... assume terminal not supported, terminal is public bank, end up using credit card to pay.

dont worry as long as payment gateway accept credit card and debit card, no problem to use bigpay prepaid card to make payment
except some physical terminal which doesn't recognize bigpay yet

i top up bigpay rm100 x 6 times, the 4th time after input OTP, bigpay app keep on loading then its shows top up not done.

called bank and confirmed was charged, then i called bigpay, was told to wait till the end of the day for the amount to reflect, if not reflected, contact bigpay again by email to provide card transaction record.

i use bigpay just now to pay bills at www.paymentgalaxy.com, successful

sigh yesterday one of my rm100 top up not reflect in bigpay app, now i need to wait for PBQM card to reflect the payment so that i can screenshot send to bigpay support

anyone having same issue? how or how long does it takes to get bigpay to resolve?

update: after email sent at 606pm, i checked my bigpay app, finally received RM100, it was received at 601pm tpday, hmm it shows as refund though, and 2 big points not given

just noticed can't capture screen of bigpay app, DRM protected, lol

so far bigpay top up is under online category

edit: and yes also consider as retail transaction, this is general term

if u using credit card to topup, pls also call and check with your card issuer see if it was charged (if you had input OTP and end up with failed top up)
