How long did you guys get your card? My documents were verified and reloaded RM 20 and it says will take 3-5 working days. I hope will arrive me this Friday, I'm in KL.

A question regarding to insurance premium auto debit

for the card holder name section, what name should i fill in? our name or the number which appear on the card 0000-0011-3333?

I did use this card to make payment via TNB portal, the card holder name is the number set "0000-0011-3333".

Feeling a little bit investigative this morning. I checked out the Issuer Identification Number (IIN), first 6 digits for BigPay and this is came out.

This confirms that TPAAY ASIA is the issuing bank as mentioned earlier by some members. (and not CIMB) I believe a bank infrastructure is still required for them to "keep" the money but this might be irrelevant for us as BP can use any bank they choose.

bigpay, generally acceptable. on rare occasion it doesnt.

most of us keep trying at many places. myself have tried with at dental clinic, was a relief when it went thru for bigpay    my condo mgmt office also accepted bigpay. last month's GE auto-debit also works. all these odd-payments accepts bigpay, so it has been fun using bigpay.

For online transactions, do you put your REAL NAME, or just the serial number stated on the card?

My card has a serial number and not my name.

May i know how long it takes before the online payments were reflected in AIA system?

Wow, I didn’t know u can’t pay for ur spouse also.. spouse is not consider as immediate family? This is insurance co policy or only for AIA?

Ya, normally I do autodebit to my SCB JOP card. But when I come across this, I wonder how come not allow to pay for spouse.. is it something new by all insurance co n will it affect those auto debit since u need to choose relationship to the policy holder when fill up the autodebit form

You should be more worried if Bigpay furnished your case to the relevant govt dept, no? Can Bigpay do this?

Wait till July to know the outcome but the game is over.
But if you already played >9 weeks out of past 11 weeks (till 8/6), this topup is already disqualified for the game.

I did use RHB VS to top up BigPay, but not for the game.
I spent on something else to get the RM30 CB.
I tested if the BigPay Topup is qualified for normal Online CB (1%/2%/6%).
