Sounds like could be MasterCard issue? Or someone tried with Visa from other banks (besides MBB) and got rejected too?

Reload and use it are two different things.

It was indeed an issue with reload via MasterCard yesterday.

I kinda like the colour of the card. Very toyish and unique. Definitely one of the cards which gets those cashiers' attention. thumbup.gif

Beijing still OK, I can even use AmEx there. Shanghai also OK, relatively first tier cities should be OK.
I encountered issue in Chengdu, Chongqing and Yunnan for accepting international cards.

That said, I use cashless wallet in China now. Credit cards are not something which their merchants prefer these days.

Beijing is still OK but of course they prefer e-wallet, the credit card terminals will still be there. No worries. Even with WeChat Pay Malaysia execution, I don't think ours can be used there. Only China wallet works and you will need to get someone to reload for you.

That said, generally speaking credit cards acceptance in Beijing is still OK, can't say much for the second and below tier cities.

Yes majority still accept credit cards, so I supposed no issue with BigPay though I must admit I haven't had the chance to try BigPay in Beijing yet. Transportation, probably no if you meant taxi, just cash or e-wallet.

The app is back for me. I supposed I have no issue with reload now? I'm afraid I won't receive the fund due to earlier app outage. Planned to reload using my JustOne as my new statement cycle just commences and I will have 50 days of free interest period. laugh.gif
