anyone tried to withdraw money at Genting casino?

Anybody know what is the maximum amount that we can withdraw one time?

I emailed them before. They stated the maximum withdrawal via ATM is rm10000
Rm50

But for my case , I am going to give this prepaid card to my children .. for their expenses during their regular hangout on weekend with their friends .and also gives to my staffs for their grocery shopping for my household needs ..
Will they been any problem using this prepaid card which registered my name. ( with. My ID and my selfie ) ??

There is no specific lines in their TNC stated the withdraw limit. I did paid for the withdrawal service fee which is RM6. I'm just using the facility provided by BigPay.

I don't think 60k is a lot, because I did a single BT already 40k. The reason why I don't withdraw directly from Cc because CC charge 1 to 2 % service charge while BigPay charge RM6.

I use my CC to reload BigPay.
My credit card statement can proof that.

I withdraw cash from ATM then cash deposit back to saving.
My saving statement can proof that .

Money laundering? Ya I hope they will escalate to BNM and it will be a interesting case because this is not how money laundering works.

Yes they did call me before the suspension. And I provided my full credit card statement (multiple cc) and my saving account to them.

Yet they proceed the suspension without any detail given.

Luckily my suspended money in BigPay is not alot else I will escalate to BNM.

Make a police report if I were you, you have co-operate and provided details of the transaction proving this isn't money laundering and still yet proceed in suspension.  I just feel they are not sincere in providing such facilities.

BigPay uses Mastercard network, not MEPS ATM network (RM1), not sure about the cost to BigPay for each cash withdrawal.
Also BigPay's cost for each Top Up is 1.1% (max), so if they charge >1.1% (higher than RM6) for each cash withdrawal then BigPay may only break-even.
So not too soon BigPay will begin charging Top Up by using Credit Card, once they merge Big and BigPay.

Assume the withdrawal cost to BigPay is RM1 and they earn RM5. Lowest amount of ATM withdrawal is RM1,500 (Non-Cash Deposit machine). So RM5/RM1,500 = 0.33%. Erm.. they still far from breakeven.. How long they can sustain on this? Haha..

If let say they charge not more than 2% fees on Credit Card top up, many people still will use it I think..

Use the recycle ATM machine. One times can withdraw rm3800 at once. Every month I withdraw rm3800 only

For those who's card got banned, what is the procedure to get back the money that is in the card? Is it very tedious?

How to find atm that can dispense more than RM1500?

Do they allow withdrawal of cash like boost into any savings/current account?
