PE1~3 you can consider Abu Conolon. Good and durable provided that you really take care of the rod la.. Conolon is on the brittle side but good backbone.

BTW, Bro DaddyWv is trying to sell his Abu Conolon PE1~3. Let me know if you are interested..i ask him to call you.

Most of the jigging rod starts with PE1~3 types..and if you are looking for PE1.5 or PE2 rod, you need to customise liao..

Recently i build the Man In Black at PE1.5. I used the other day at Jarak, not sure if you notice or not. Alternatively you can check on our thread cos i have posted the pictures on it. I try find for you

Use better hooks la...you wont know what you will get when jigging..for precaution, better use quality hooks like Mustad, NiamaKatsu and Yozuri..

If the hook can straightened meaning that the hook is using besi material. THe hook will karat one... if using carbon and stainless steel, it will provide better strength, and most of the time it will break..

In the sea or fresh water, it's dog eat dog world... that's why luring and jigging works
