Sifu Q, for jigging in linggi hor , there are bound to be changing of tide twice a day ma, it is during tis time ( abt 1-2 hrs) that is best to jig cos no or less current , i think 150 gm oso can sampai bawah. Anyway , i tok kok oni la, u ppl baru sifu jig jig ma, i still newbie, oni know how to apollo jig niah.

There's fallback if you ONLY jig for that 2 hours...when it's dead tide, there is no plankton and oxygen, the fish will become sluggish too... I would say, less strike or NO strike for that 2 hours... Many pro anglers told me, it's 1~2hours before and after the peak tide... hrmm depth ar .. around 200Ft plus for certain lubuk.. such as shipwreck, other's not really sure.. karang area more or less below 160Ft some might be around 100~150Ft

i think the 100~150feet can just use 100gram jig max..
taking P9 as an example. We are fishing in the range of 30~35 meter...which is about 100feet to 125feet, and we are using 60grams only. Added on December 10, 2007, 4:11 pmother factors would be about the current liao lor This post has been edited by rorytate: Dec 10 2007, 04:11 PM |

Actually according to the calendar i have the tide would be slowing down already on this weekend.. but its still high.. beginning to slow down only.. Anyway just prepare the jigs lor.. mana tau got extra fish can bring for next week's TT hahaha
