im under a router cum modem, i get type 2 and all that but still get signed out off UT3 if i dont disable the firewall

His modem can be treated as a router as well because it is a modem+router and it does provide NAT-ting, and is operating in router-mode
If you are just under 1 router, definitely you will get a Type 2 (most of the time)..

ic, well i think guts has no problem with the Nat Type, rx's friend is the one with the problem
You have the Belkin modem-router as well?
Do you know how to use the DMZ?

I know RX's friend is having a problem.. I was just asking whether guts can get a Type 2 under 2 routers or not
My PS3 is under DMZ right now

I'm using a d-link modem + a belkin router, I used to get type 3 too, but then I forwarded the ports and set DMZ and finally got type 2

set a static ip for your ps3 and put that ip into the DMZ-enabled ip

Just got my PS Eye, yesterday. Time to buy those PSN titles; Aqua Vita and Operation Creature Feature. Anyone here bought the games already?

I bought Trials of Topoq from UK PSN Sore and it doesnt work on my Japanese PS3. After lurking around the internetss, Creature Freature (from UK store) also doesnt work. I dont know about titles purchased from USA or SG store though.
