I check out Proton website not even a place to place order but the car is available on road with road tax on some more.. yeah u got it the answer is "Malaysia Boleh!" cheers.gif
from the exterior this car boleh tahan.. except that cheap antenna hopefully the interior wont fill with cheap plastic..

that 1 is to cover the exhaust from emitting the heat which ll be sucked into the engine and make ur engine power drop. Actually there shdnt be any opening but i dunno y they make a hole there

u can always book ur time slot earlier ar... my SC ll sent me a sms telling me that my car need to be service on when when then ask me to call who who so that i wont be disappointed when i reach SC. By the way the fuel increment ll trigger the increment of lubricant as well. Sooner or later then mineral oil ll cost sth near semi.. cry.gif cry.gif

no extra load its normal.. my car all stock also like tat. No amp no spotlight no high rating bulbs just on radio and light while i am waiting in car i notice that the light ll dim everytime the a/cc kicks in so after add VS the dim still visible but improve already.. LED in my meter panel also brighter.. laugh.gif

ya i m aware of that too but u got a nice idea there.. nod.gif but i tot SC only use Petronas for their lubricant? They offer Shell Helix too? I never aware of that. SC price normally around RM10 more expensive than outside. Caltex 10-40 semi oil outside selling RM80+ but SC selling Petronas Syntium 800 20-40 for RM80+ also doh.gif

I think maybe the tips, install got abit problem so created those sound. because when we step acceleration, the muffler will come out air and the air will slowly reduce when we release the gauge. so maybe the pressure, blow on the muffler tips and create those noise.

I bought Polarg bulb this time which cost me Rm25 and it rather that I buy those cheap LED small light which cost RM10 a pair and change every month.  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif So now very happy with the polarg bulb.

until may only increase? i think tat time RM0.40 will not be enough for government already RM0.70-RM1.00 maybe.. TOLL if they increase also maybe they ll decrease the road tax like last time.. but decrease in 20% in road tax is negligible but increment of 10% in toll already cost a lot!!

wont la those are simple mod wont harm geh.. if u mod ur engine or air intake filter then will void la.. Until now i still dun understand wat u mean by custom muffler/tailpipe.. u mean u change ur muffler and the muffler tip is it? if u change the muffler tip only i think the sound wont differ much if u change muffler then the sound ll change.. laugh.gif

Warranty FAQs
1. What makes the warranty contract null and void?
For details, please refer to your PROTON Service Booklet under Section 4 of Warranty and Limitation of Liability. However, PROTON reserves the right of final decision on all warranty claims.

2. What is covered by the warranty?

Subject to terms and conditions, PERUSAHAAN OTOMOBIL NASIONAL BERHAD (referred as PROTON) warrants that any items of the "Basic Warranty and Specific Warranty" of the new vehicle manufactured by and for PROTON shall be free from any defects in materials and workmanship of these warranty covered by new vehicle limited warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge by any PROTON's authorised distributors or dealers.

Basic Warranty items

The basic warranty items that are any items of the new PROTON vehicle (except the Specific items and the Special transacted items*) are warranted to 24 months or 50,000 kms, whichever comes first.

Specific Warranty items

The specific warranty items listed below are warranted to 12 months or 20,000 kms, whichever comes first.

4. Can I use my own lubricant/engine oil at EON Service Centre?
Yes. EON will not be responsible for any problem arising from the usage of other brands other than our recommended lubricant/engine oil.

5. Is it important to use genuine parts?

Yes, it is important that you use PROTON genuine parts and accessories.

This will ensure that the original vehicle specifications are maintained and that the replacement parts meet the same high standards as the vehicle original equipments. This will also ensure the vehicle compliance to the government regulations relating to vehicle safety and environmental controls. The use of parts that do not conform to the correct specification may cause damage to the vehicle and could also invalidate the terms of the warranty.
