this time they r giving us 2 din space with 1 din HU can opt for 2 din HU for aftermarket cool2.gif the knob for air con also more nice than our. our look so fragile i so afraid 1 day the air con knob will spoil as i make it as a habit to turn off the aircon everytime i off the engine. can see also this time they have the fog lamp switch. thumbup.gif

how;s the meter look?
i think the Indicator for the Gear looks like the LED for the dashboard i playing when i was still a child. the digital panel also something similiar like us just tat the indicator for temp. and fuel looks like Nokia HP signal strength and battery indicator. besides that everything else looks fine.

by the way is it the car comes with 4 disc brake? from the picture i saw something like disc caliper on the rear wheel. and its paint with red color.

The Ride

Our short stint with the new Proton SAGA blm begins with a quick marathon on the LDP highway. We gotta chase a BLM driven at a speed of over 160km/h, that wasn't pleasant but it proves one point and one point only the powerplant is indeed capable of reaching such a topspeed. However when driven at such a high-speed do not brake this new Saga too suddenly as it can easily swerve the car .

As for the handling we feel the car rides more like an Iswara than a Savvy. Though it is based on the Savvy chassis the car doesn't feel like a Savvy at all; the Lotus tuned suspension and handling really does it job well in Savvy .

u can go and steal others.. for my i did it myself by converting it to .gif format combining all the user bar i need. So u notice there are more than 20+ different userbar i m using so if i use static 1 and put there 1 by 1 then all my siggy will be covered by my user bar.

the place where i study got so many second hand car dealer all selling proton and some grandfather grandmother car.. the most expensive 1 i think also its a supra.. sometime the boss will drive around that area for breakfast. THe paint is pearlescent paint.

Today I had a great time at SC by asking him so many.. In term on warranty matter.. The warranty is due to case to case matter..

Example:
Wiring : If you mod something by touching the wiring the warranty will void.. Mod such like changed aftermarket alarm, add-on any accessories which need to cut or connect wire front the current wire will void too. Such like installing gauge, lighting and etc..

Engine : What you mod, only that modded part will be void.. If changed to open pod air filter or change exhaust system, carburetor had no more warranty.. (mean i can install open pod now since I already changed my exhaust). Engine also using case to case warranty. What you mod, warranty void.. What still stock, warranty still carry on...

About short shifter, the warranty NOT void.. It because of mechanical thing. But, if when during installation short shifter, install by those unexperienced worker which mess up everything, then the warranty will void as well... Like change short shifter, then gear box rosak and it still got warranty. I hope this will helped those who doubt on warranty.. Proton warranty is based on case to case... Not 1 thing mess whole thing..

I though you said wanna buy sport rims? After chinese new year, I gonna a shop at Shah Alam which sell lenso rims. I had called them to ask more information for Lenso Maglite.. Too bad it doesn't have pcd 114.3. Only got pcd 100.. So now either get Lenso VE or Lenso GTR... Beside Lenso, BRM rims good or not?? I like imitation work emotion rims, but I can't find jor..

singchaii ur third service ar? how much they charge u for third service ? wat did u changed? my third service also approaching last week they sms me ask me go service. 3 months already but my milage only 7k+ while the milage shd last till 10K+ or higher as i m using the semi oil instead of mineral oil. So tak pe la later only go service. NO $$ for the moment

wat is drain pan singchaii? then after this service no more free labour is it? how u ll still go back for them to change or wat? U planing ur next service on when? 5k or 7k? ur semi oil can last till 7k unless u drive everyday or max ur engine often.

y no use? ur power window switch din spoil? i change my passanger side window switch already.. now the driver side giving problem already.. thinking wan go claim already. Last time ask them change both side for me but they never did... cil*ka betul. Tat day reach toll cant wind down window. have to open door. Shit man..

If the problem still persist maybe i ll go half-cut find wira rear side window switch and replace my car front window switch. As my aunt ex 1.6 wira switch doesnt give any problem at all.

old switch that location is nice but i think have to cut the panel else very hard to mod new switch on it. I was thinking to add the center lock switch there but dunno la see how after warranty now mod also no use.
