I'm planning to take paper F4, F6, F7 and F8, any recommendation on which colleges or lecturers in KL area? kasturi, ftms, bandar, mcorange......

For each lecturer and colleges, i would like to know in detail about:-- 
How about their teaching technique in the classes? Do they explain more examples, practice questions n past year questions in the normal class (not in IRC) ?  Which textbook are these lecturers  normally based on for their lecture notes? Are their lecture notes cover all the content in the textbook or not? Which college provide study materials - textbook or exam kit or both? which publisher - BPP or FTC or other books? Do these colleges provide library facilities? which colleges hv FTC books to borrow n which hv BPP?

Is reading FTC tectbook(Paper P1 to P3) sufficient to pass ??

How can I get photocopy of BPP P1 to P3 textbook in Penang ?

I think any student need to attend his IRC, better email to him lah! May be yours also ask TARC College P6 student email him also cos I know a lot of TARC student take P6 this sitting.

According to his notes, he will teach consol 1st.

1st no one will do this for you. If this is difficult, you dont deserve for ACCA at all.

for question 1, C is correct.
for question 2, the answer should be B. sole traders do not do appropriation. only partnership do appropriation account to split the profits of the partnership to the respective partners.
question 3, i feel it is C.

B, appropriation of profits is done after the P & L accounts for partnership books, so it's not part of P & L

an accumulated fund sounds like accumulated profits, so as such, i lean towards the idea that it is the retained earnings of the company.
