IF the "refund" happened after the all report is retracted... I never think that it was a offense as long as the money is not thrown out with a REFUND word.

2nd things, I think you haven't get any idea what I meant by transaction the post before.

What we need now is someone who know how to deal with the law. Someone who is expertise in law as retracting charges to SB will reduce the chances where SB will be jailed even thou the police still hold the charges against him.

I think it's about time to disclosed something.

As some of buyers that involved here might already know, I earlier had ask SB to come work in my company, so that he can earn more to make the refund process faster.

Hope this is clear to everyone.

you could take Putra LRT to Asia Jaya Station(If i not wrong) and You'll notice amcorp mall just beside the LRT station. The A&W just opposite the amcorp mall. That's where SB usually do his refund. smile.gif

Somehow, my RM450 from him is refunded darn long ago...
And it's not even me only... Look at the situation.. He doesn't own a money printing machine.

Please just give him time. Or 2nd time i've said,(not sure, maybe a lot of time) Give him some time to settle. Phone him for updates, etc. Pushing him to the end of the cliff again will not do good for you as well.
