if this drags on longer, strongbaby will eventually get away with it. Serious actions should be taken by now to enforce written policies about refunding. Has anyone met up with him yet?

People have to work so hard for their money.. and just to lose it to someone for NOTHING..

Yea..Refund is for the ones that asked for refund.

But what about us? The ones that are still waiting ? Strongbaby did not tell us how long we have to wait either.

If there really is no more hope to get the item, might as well refund us all right? But now it's like, there is still a chance, and if we keep on waiting, for how long are we going to wait some more ? Morning till night keep checking forum got reply or not..Everyday waiting for strongbaby to update. It's miserable.

no offence but i just dont like people giving FALSE HOPE to those who are in utter desperation for their money..

why not u guys meet up and go over to his house and discuss the problem? everyone can get a good night's sleep after tat..

Its not like strongbaby is facing long term loss.

According to his situation, the money is already at distro side(he calls it main)and he said that he made police report. Now he is just trying to get money from various sources to refund us. I really believe if his story is true , then sooner or later AFTER refunding us he will get the equivalent amount of money from the distro thus there should be no or little losses. He should know the identity of his distributor bcoz that is an important info in the report. If the identity of the distro is known, most likely this will resolve in strongbaby's favour.

I understand why some of u r still putting hopes on strongbaby delivering. But personally, I think for the long term. As cheap as his goods are, his after sales service will gonna be worse if not bad as his post-payment actions. Some of u wait for almost 3 months, get your sms-es, your YMs, your posts ignored. Getting updates once a week and when it comes its not even an update but a combination of vague/sarcastic remarks. Now imagine your precious PSP/GFX/DVDRW spoilt within warranty and u r supposed to get it settled through him. Imagine that. Or worse if it comes to u DOA. U want to restart the 14 days+++ ETA cycle?

If not for RangerRed(thanks, man) and some of us who raised a ruckus in his threads do u really believe that we would know the current situation and have an option to get our money back? Do u really believe strongbaby will provide an explanation since the term s '14 days', 'very slow seller' and 'no fussy/paranoid buyers' are supposed to(and for a few already has) shut us up?

i believe that he is a genuine seller, hes having difficulty but.. he should answer exactly what we asked. everytime i ask him maybe like 3 question, he will answer all but will skip the question if you ask him when will we get our items. and sometimes dont even reply, when i havent purchase from him... i did enquiries he answer me promptly and every sms i sent he reply, but when 14 working days reached i need to sms/pm him at least 3-4times only he will reply, this is which most people dont like it.

but now i hope everything will be sorted out smoothly,

i would like to request for strongbaby working schedule(jz simple one...monday work A,tuesday work B)...what thg's make him so busy?its a question for me...even one day cant complete one task?since strongbaby say my psp has in hand...but about 4 week havent send...unless he has no stock keeping...send psp=refund...u wish me request refund with u strongbaby?and loan with other?

Well said in my opinion.as super slow when buying,it's be far more worse when doing warranty issues.

i hope there's still something to cling on to.

i still have a NDSL (RM400) that i banked in already. waiting
