Well, i agree that it will take several years, but it seems the only way both win. If we force them, they cant pay their debts even he is going to the jail. And the situation will be worst. I totally agree that we can get own money is better than nth can get back. I dnt care take several years. As this money is already count as non refund money for me. At finally i will satisfy can get partial of money.

By selling his properties, car , motorbike, i dnt think these things will worth 100k, and without this, how they are going to survive and earn money to pay us? For a long term consideration, we should think about other ppl and our situation. We want our money and we do not want other ppl suffer from that as you do not know he is or not a victim too.

Giving ppl a way to walk is already what God teach us no matter you r christian or buddhist or non religion. We are human should find the best way to solve this problem so i suggest we give them time, dnt force them.

Be careful next time before you buy thing as this is a good experience for us to learn.

We will not to do a bad thing as God will punish someone who deserve it.

You wait you can get. About guarantee problem, we can suggest to Police officer to suspend our case for a moment under the condition of paying our every month. Wat else we can do? If he cant pay, our case is still working..

Well, this is our bad lucky on this case. I spend too much time on this. I hope it can be solve fast.

Finally, i strongly suggest we solve this problem by soft way by accepting his wife suggestion because nth more we can do to solve this without spending any expenses (lawyer fees, car oil, watever etc....)

Well i waited a few weeks before i wanted to say anything. To see how everything goes. Well to me everything is going out of control and everything is driven by mostly anger.

Whether i believe SB now is not important anymore. Action has already been taken.

I agree with kingsthii that things should be handle much more lightly now but i don't see that happening.

I see my RM800 fly kite ready. Oh well....lucky it wasn't more.

I cameback to see threat after i receive sms from SB wife saying about action has been towards SB. Saying she needs her husband out and i forgot the rest.

I think it is wrong to accuse the people that have made a report to cause the suspension of the refund. He has an obligation to refund irrespective of the police report.

As to the action by the police, they have an obligation to investigate once a report is lodged. If there is a case to answer from the investigation then the case would go to court.

Please bear in mind that there are more than 100 people here involving a large sum of money.

I think the authorities are taking a serious view of this type of cases.
