The kitty by the seaside is Ravage, one of soundwave's minions. Megatron confirm coming back, we can clearly see his iconic tank thread legs at 00:19

It's confirmed they'll combine, am also very sure they'll be facing Devastator together, and possibly the Fallen

I'm talking about the part at 00.19 when Sam gets pinned down, you can see Megs tank legs moving abit. The part you mentioned is before it, you can't see any body in 00.19 just a hand

megatron or not....michael bay already said megatron wont be coming back for this...

Megatron may only appear in Sam's dream sequences, according to the script. The hand that pins down Sam has to be Megs, might not be but you can see the similarities of the fingers

no matter how many times i observe i just cant find anythg cool bout this dude (other than its huge ).seriously this is 1 off the most odd looking or shall i say ugly transformer i've seen

I think like many movie trilogy, this 2nd instalment of TF might apply a "cliffhanger" to entice us to continue watching the 3rd movie. Maybe the autobots will get a hell of a beating..... and in the end of this movie, some died, others half-dead, and they might try to summon reinforcements from cybertron (new characters can be "logically" introduced for part 3).
