Does anybody know why the heck the Decepticon kidnapped Sam's parent at Paris and sent them to Egypt to reunite with Sam? There is no hostage plot in the scene also....that's a huge mistake also..

Really hope they could do something about it,but the whole movie is damn screw up now in terms of the storyline.It was good at the beginning.A bit draggy in the middle.Then,in the end,feels like everything got fast forward 20x. |

tis movie rocks....guys juz watch it for the sake of cgi n awesomeness action...devastor wasnt as tough as u guys think although 1 shot K.O him is pretty too easy....but if u guys watch transformer cartoon b4...u wil know devastator wasnt tat tough...the only problem is Fallen n megatron r simply too weak at tis time....ther is no way optimus can so easily finish them 2.....

Just came back from the movie, just one word to describe - AWESOME!! Of course there are some flaws in the movie but overall the actions patch it up. The near final parts of the movie looks so familiar like "Black Hawk Down" (a bro here also mentioned this) - totally chaotic fighting scenes!
 This movie is not aiming for Oscar, so dun complain about storyline. I think most fan of Transformers go watch it for the robots' actions, not for the acting and story.  EDIT: After reading some of the bad comments here, I lower my expectation before going for the movie. But end up I am a happy man walking out of the cinema - thanks to all the negative comments. a lot of negative comment from u guys make me dont wanna waste my rm10 on THX transformers 2.. but i end up believing that this story is super great and yes,my expectation was right.. this movie deserve a clap from it audience
