That's way expensive. even if poslaju from KL, total cost not more than RM310 brows.gif save fuel & time summore

On another note, Malaysia Team clinched top table in Group 6 after tapau all games but lost to Germany in Last 16 knock-out doh.gif

Detail results here

Chances left for men's pair & single events - All the best!

bros.

what is the base i should use for the dartboard?

if i use a thin piece of 4x4 wood wrapped with carpet, can it withstand the weight of the dartboard? been trying to find the ones they use in pubs, but to no avail.

& i saw the king's cabinet, way too expensive, nearly 400 bucks just for mounting the dartboard on a base..

hmmm... i fix the bracket right onto the wall.

King's head cabinet prices depends on the material/ wood type it made from.
What I know Winmau and Harrows King's head made of maple solid wood, retail price as u mentioned but cheaper from Aimdarts. While cheap cabinet would only cost around RM150, this budget cabinet is made of mdf chip board so dun think it last. Between the two, I go for king's head made of solid wood coz it comes with hinges to hang the cabinet as well as holes to fix the board to the cabinet. Chika138 is using the king's head cabinet together with winmau blade he purchased from Aimdarts - mind to give feedback? sweat.gif

Best available in market is harrows oak solid wood cabinet but way expensive. Retail is over RM600 brows.gif

...hey hey, never noticed this thread before... can join or not? biggrin.gif

...anyways, I played quite active when I was young... but only some club/county tourneys, nothing fancy... haven't played for a long time actually so my skills for the past 17(!) years mostly for winning prizes at those theme park booths i.e. hit targets to win prizes biggrin.gif:D:D ...I tell you my niece till today will comment on how I won her this giant pink bunny at one of the booths at alton towers... she was just a wee girl those days, now she is a beautiful grown woman... uh did I just give away my ancientness??? hah hah... s'okay...

...anyways, the office I just joined has a dartboard (cool german owner) but sadly uh how to describe? ...the board is plastic lubang2 one, and the darts are plastic too... so till now no selera to try...

...hope to pick up the game again one of these days... between picking up tennis again, learning golf (work required), learning two foreign languages and oh yeah, freelance work... yup no worries biggrin.gif
