I was knocked out by Brunei player who eventually reached quarter-final single event....Coach Amin also lose to Mohd Latip after conquering Group event.....Dreamteam lose to SRC Team after topped up the group....

Overall,

Team Event Champion - Super G of Philippines
R / Up Team - Callyn MadHouse of KL

I spent good quality times with family at the Karambunai Resort after that....

Nexus Karambunai is a nice resort... been there last year with family but for those wanna go, better rent a car as taxi fare is skyhigh (one-way trip RM50-60). Direct coach from Karambunai to Warisan Sq to & fro is cheap tho.

The same weeken with M'sia Open, I played in MAKSWIP. Lost in quarter final to KKR while surprisingly, DBKL also lost in quarter final to PPUM.

And last weekend, just clinched 4th place in Kiambang Masters 2009 3some. It was a blind-draw and I was lucky to teamed up with fellow better-off darters of PPUM and DBKL

I plan to go to Amantasia but dunno when... hehe

There will be a 3some challenge in Sepang this 1st & 2nd Aug, fee if not mistaken is RM300 per team

I was informed of 3some open challenge in Summit next week.

Details not clear but most likely to be held on 25 & 26 Jul. Fee per team is RM200

Can anyone confirm on this?

Great Bro......Nice to hear of those tourneys....unfortunately, havent got time to be there.....lots of work as a Banker though....besides in charge in goal for the Tsunami FC Team mostly during weekend...

Alright, here some info on local tourneys...

This weekend:
i. Sepang Bumiputra 3some Open (Sat & Sun)

ii. Taiping 3some Open (Sat & Sun)

iii. Jelebu Open (3some & singles) - 8 & 9 August 2009. Fee RM120 (team) RM30 (singles) - pm me for entry form; closing date 6 Aug.

October:
i. Pahang Open?

November:
i. 12th Malacca Open
Organise by ADAM, santioned by MDF. Similar to Malaysia Open format. Fee RM500. There's a likelihood that there will be a losers' pool aka. 2nd chance bracket. pm me for entry form

Others:
Pegasus KL is looking for co-sponsors. I would encourage companies in marketing their new products or brand name to try out patch and booth. For example, darts tournaments, other than requiring skills and focus, darters need to maintain its energy throughout the period as tournaments usually last 2 days (min.) or 3 days i.e. Malaysia Open, Malacca Open. Hence, energy drinks like tongkat ali, livita and red bull are sought after for those who don't drink Tiger or Anchor. As value proposition, patch marketing (brand names at Pegasus Team t-shirts/ shirts) would create brand awareness and impulse purchase upon being seeing by tiring darters during tournaments. We would also be able to negotiate with organiser to allow team sponsors to setup booth at event venues. Well, this is just an example and not suggesting energy drinks as the only product marketable at darts tournaments. Or maybe upcoming Perodua MPV launching campaign awareness. It can carry the whole team of 7 comfortably (incl. manager and coach) Call me for further details. B4 I forget, the team is also looking for committed, interested darters (who is not playing for any other teams) to join the team for the sport

Have i mention that ol'skool pub got its 2 darts boards back? Already quite sumtime i believe. well, same tight spot next to the bar but what i like is same music people hang out after work with Aristos having their darts training

my best shots during the training, at home lar

i drop by ur place 2nite & collect ur darts. get my colleague to replace it & return it back to u tmrw nite or saturday.
change all three (one set) not one point only, chargeable tho - RM10 per set of new points + repointing service
