so meaning the f/1.2 would be sharper at f/1.8 then the 50mm f/1.8 itself.

Is that good at all? Im not so good onto flashes and how to look at its specs. So, is it at least half as good as the 530EX?

This is what I got from YL today, a BG-E3 and a EF 100mm Macro lens (used)
tested out the Tokina AF 100mm Macro lens as well, but prefer the Canon one, the Tokina uses a clutch system to change from AF to MF, not really use to that haha.
how much was that all together?

I have yet another question. For those who uses 350D, whats the brightness setting set for the preview screen? Cause my pictures turn out underexposed or overexposed on the computer.

valho i asked before this question, how much did you have to pay for that?

QUOTE(valho @ Jan 13 2008, 12:59 AM)
LCD is never accurate btw, so reading the histogram is the best way to see if it's over exposed or underexposed.
try reading about histogram here

and its kinda hard to understand this histogram.

IMO..sometime in photography..especially streetshooting, we don't have much time to think. just snap and hope we are lucky can get the best pic. can't wait to miss such a precious moment.  sweat.gif

Hey man, thats being lucky and not skills. blush.gif its all about being used to it. I know a friend who could tell me to use what angle, ss, ISO and aperture the minute he steps on the street.
notworthy.gif but not all turns out perfect lah, well i dont always believe in snapping and getting lucky. icon_rolleyes.gif

Hmm, when people say its the kit lens, people tend to refer to 17-55. Technically thats a lens that comes in a kit, right? cause when i asked someone about their 17-55 and they stoned with questioned looks. Then i had to enlighten up with the word kit lens.... -.- there are other lens that comes in a kit right?

18-55mm F3.5-5.6 is the "standard" kit lens that comes with the kit.

however, you can also opt for the 17-85mm IS USM F4-5.6 lens. IIANM it is the other kit option available.

smile.gif
*
so that proves that the EF-S 18-55mm F3.5-5.6 shouldnt be known as the "kit" lens right? icon_idea.gif
