hi, i'm seeing Forsa's 9800GT is going for around RM400, but many other brands are going for more than 500
is the brand ok?
honestly, it think 400 would be a fair price for the 9800GT considering that the 4670 is at around 350 range

Im loving my Forsa 9800 gtx+ with its performance and cooling. But it keeps locking up especially during online racing. (somehow changed to 2d mode that made it locked up). Apart from that....its a brilliant card....if u have the PSU. it takes two 6-pin PCI-E connectors. sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif

thanks for the recommendation but i'm more inclined to the 9800GT due to budget reasons
as for you lock up, could it be due to software instead?

And I was thinking about getting that Forsa card sweat.gif

Is the crash just with 1 games only, or all games?

62c under load is quite normal IMO, shouldn't be the temp... or your 550W PSU, thats more than enough

that would be in the 550 range right?
at that pricing, can get 4830 which gives better performance

anyone else who has experience with the Forsa 9800GT
as for the Galaxy, yup, i noticed it's price too

Had tried it with rfactor (i simrace almost everyday) and the card gave me prob. Its not nice when u have raced 20 laps for almost an hour then the gc decides to lock up and u lose all advantage. vmad.gif

And ive tried Crysis at 1280 runs flawlessly but the fps gets more and more sluggish as the game progresses....strange. No lockups there.

MOH Airborne gives no prob at all. Probably coz of its PhysX integration.

But in all instance after an hour of gaming and when i return to desktop, the whole pc just freeze for awhile (5-10s) then go back to normal.

That sounds quite serious sweat.gif

I check the PSU in your sig, its a very good PSU, so I think its safe to say its probably the card hardware problem

I might stay away from Forsa now... sweat.gif
