yaa lor cor current performance 3870x2 kicks the livin s**t out of the GX2. Not worth it when u have to upgrade ur psu to a crazy one as well in the process....

but the GTX is just a souped up 8800gts g92 rite......will it be worth it

waaa u oso pulling down from the rate race in getting the GX2 like me arr madman......i have almost none hope of getting that card with its current performance. but might consider the GTX.....

very tru indeed my 8800GTS G92 got almost same score as well like that as i am using same proc oced at same level as that bench. i manage to get this

Well here is the differences between the G92 8800GTS and the G92 9800GTX:

1. The memory is a higher binned memory, thus allowing for higher OCs than the G92 GTS memory.

2. Same core but different. The G92 GTS core is the G92-400-A2 revision, while the 9800GTX get the G92-420-A2 revision.

3. More power consumption, thus the 2x PCIe power connectors. (though some say not really that much even with 2pcie connectors)

4. Higher Shaders......

So if it were at a higher reso the score would still be rather close......

heck my latest score here already beat that GTX

yup can vouch for that if ur not using vista the option for very high is not available true the interface......u have to change it manually inside the crysis file folders
