Hi Guys, sorry i'm abit noob in video playback for x360.
I would like to ask does stream video from your PC to X360 means
1. the X360's processor processes the video content from your PC and display them to your TV, or
2. the PC processor processes the video content inside your PC and the X360 just pull the picture to your TV?
I've got couple of H.264 and other high bitrate videos in my harddisk that I can't play due to the limitation of my old PC processor.

The Xbox 360 handles the processing, i also have a crappy comp so i stream HD videos to my Xbox 360.

QUOTE(bhead2k @ Dec 5 2007, 11:34 AM) need help here it turns out on my side that some of my divx files play and others don't. i found that strange because the videos i'm trying to view were all released by the same group of people, so i doubt they'd encode all episodes differently. double checked the audio and video compression formats but all the files are encoded the same some files play perfectly, others get the "not supported" pop up any idea why? i'm just using WMP11 yup. i got same problem with my standalone divx dvd player..although from the same release group, but got some movies got a bad rip.

Tested, but the quality is suck if you play it in 1920 x 1200 compare to my desktop PC. FYI. I test 720p avi files. it better on my PC!
