QUOTE(clivengu @ Nov 30 2007, 11:56 PM) Is just my personal preferences always not to use built in flash whenever possible. No light source..then is time test your Camera Iso quality and play with shuttle speed & train ur steady hand. hehehe QUOTE(szyap @ Dec 1 2007, 10:45 AM) congratulation on ur new D40 okay, noted. after stepping into DSLR world..as for ur photo, clearly it is shot using built in flash, which according to clivengu is a nono. therefore...POISON #1: SB-400 i have a bad feeling about my wallet This post has been edited by MR.Shiney: Dec 1 2007, 05:35 PM |

QUOTE(xandman @ Dec 2 2007, 12:15 PM) shiney... thanks bro, the dragon's pic... direct flash too harsh...=).. as u can c... onlyt he front part is lighted... so... u need something to bounce or diffuse ur flash... for the time being....y not try putting a white a4 paper in front of ur flash... that shud soften the light while waitng for ur SB-800! hehehehe... for the flowers...it's a wee bit underexposed to me...i think... sorry didnt calibrate my monitor... it's best if u juz focus the flower instead of including the leaves beside it...and also the top part of the flower....shud have cropped it out... second flower...u also noticed...not sure where's ur focus point though... for the silhoutte pics...if u could... use a tripod and remote shutter or delay...will reducs the blur... =) pracetive makes perfect bro... hope u dun get offended by wat i comment... owh, aiyoooo. dont say that lahhhhhh xD, okay bro thanks. lol, i thought the flowers are overexposed. ok bro, thanks ok, thank you! QUOTE(zio @ Dec 4 2007, 04:14 PM) 1. MCL probably needs a bit more depth? I think it blurred at "M", would have been nice if M was clear as well. 1. yeah its hard to get it right, almost of the 3 shots. this was the sharpest lol.2. The hibiscus looks out of focus. The idea was good though, the red stood out. 3. How come ada flare at ur model face? The photos were vibrant in colours which was nice. No shots of the classroom? Like some chalk on the board, last words that the teacher wrote on the whiteboard... your desk? 2. yup, noticed that too, this is the nicest, the other was overexposed ( i cant blame the sunny day. blame the photographer 3. Nop, thats original. come back home.. uiks! got nice flare. i like colors, today was the last Art exam, its was on the hall. which i dont take today and its off limit. my class room was at the highest floor.. too lazy Added on December 4, 2007, 4:57 pm#5 "Phography" LOL!
