Just picked up Grid from GH yesterday. Isn't it a bit hard to pass in the races? Especially got a few tracks that are no wider than 2-3 cars ... go in, it's almost impossible to even take clean racing lines without banging someone in the back or at the side ...

need to give face in the first lap.. then bit by bit can go pass by each car. need not to bang car to get the "gentlemen racer" achievement.

hey guys! Just picked up GRID at the CG Overdrive expo here in singapore. Can't wait to play it back in kl.

Met up with Max again from the GRID launch at Zouk and saw a few more familiar faces. Even the GRID booths were from the zouk event! Can still smell the alcohol
Hunting for a job in Game design here..... 1st choice is Lucasarts in singapore but a close second is now Codemasters in kl.... but likely have to start as a QA in kl before i can be promoted to game designer....

I find it annoying as hell that you always start in the back half of the grid though. Even in "series" races, when I win the first race then why aren't I on pole position in the next race??!?

OK I've changed my mind.

The rubber-banding is the most annoying thing ever. Doing Le Mans 24hrs is so f*cking irritating cos no matter how well I take the corners, ALL the computer cars will just rubber band and be right on my tail in the next straight anyway. Screw GRID.
