There is a few software that must be installed.

Y-Browser, Handy TaskMan, Smartmovie, RotateMe.... etc etc


Whatever edition it is, now every edition seems to be the same with Live Messenger installer and same Music player, I don't see any significant difference between all of them. No point nokia release so many different version

no...it detected it..so i downloaded the malaysia map n english audio...but when i opened nokia maps..its blank..so maps...yes..i switch it to mass storage mode....

wanna ask ... in audio setting > audio widening & Loudness , what is the affect ?

i try to on n off many times but still feel same

Stereo Widening is to boost the background music, while Loudness is to boost the Treble.... superb when both is ON!

with loudness on..the music quality is gd..but when the stereo widenin is on..the music seems disorted....

Disorted at full volume, i usually turn it lower and it sounds superb

i prefer when its off...when its on..sounds diff....

not interested with N95.
sumthin with touchscreen perhaps?

for me, i'll first reinstall the firmware (make sure its the latest), problem persist, format memory card, problem persist, try other ppl's card, if again, will go ask nokia...

U use old firmware rite.
i also got this problem before.
after update to latest firmware,no 'hiss' sound anymore...

mine oso got hissing sound
maybe bcoz using cheap nokia to 3.5 adapter???

the latest N73ME firmware, the v4.0750.31.2.1, i still can hear it
to discover this hissing noise.. u try to play a song.. then stop it.... then u can hear a bit hisss noise d.. and after a few second you stop the songs.. there is a little pop sound and the noise is gone(something to do with the current stop following through the earphone)
the hissing noise is only can be easily discovered in very silent place and with the volume set to maximum

Ok ur phone rosak already, sell it cheaply to me

jkjk, back to ur problem, How many application running in the background? Cause too many application in background will eat up a lot of ram causing other application to lag or shut down. Hold the menu button for a few second then close all the application in background. Then trry again.


Btw what firmware are u using? Use newest firmware if possible cause there is a memory problem in older firmware
